  1. MOS IO COMMANDS
  2. io <MOS channel> <MIDI channel> - set mos chan to midi channel
  3. ic (i)nternal|(e)xternal|(l)oop - set clock/scheduler type
  4. ic (m)idi on/off | t/f - e.g., ic m t, turn midi input ON/OFF.
  5. ic (r)cc  on/off | t/f - turn console input ON/OFF.
  6. ic (p)atch on/off | t/f - enable/disable bank/patch setting
  7. ic (s)im  on/as/off | t/f - enable/disable simulation run. as-ascii notes.
  8. ik (t)hru <MIDI channel> - keyboard in redirected to MIDI channel
  9. ik (m)ono <patch> - sixtrak specific, patch sets keyboard patch
  10. ik (s)plit <note> <MIDI channel> - split keyboard
  11. im <MIDI channel> (l)ocal on/off | t/f - set local on/off
